• Site Monitoring: Our eyes are on your site regularly, making sure it’s performing at its best & alerting you if there’s an opportunity you might be missing!
• Priority Support: We’re here when you need us & we care about your business AND your website. We are typically available to you during normal business hours, Mon-Fri. Afterhours, Weekends, Holidays & in emergencies, we will do our best to attend to any urgent need as soon as possible, usually within 24 hrs or less.
• DEDICATED Development Hours: We set aside a block of time each month to help you build your empire… to go through your site looking for potential improvements and upgrades. And your requests receive priority; if you want to add a page or a popup, add products, update stock, post articles, add photos, perform repairs, create analytics reports. etc., you name it!
• Handling of Website Related Customer Service Requests: Your customers will be able to email us (your webmaster) directly (via your website) if they are having an issue completing the checkout process, downloading, viewing a video, accessing their account, etc. If fulfilling customer service requests exceeds the scope of this plan, additional hourly fees will be negotiated, assessed and billed accordingly.
